Guillermo Paolisso is a virtuoso guitarist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. The fourth generation of a musical family, he studied a wide variety of Latin music styles as well as jazz in Argentina and Italy from the young age of 6. He brings a modern touch to traditional Latin musical styles.

These include tango, milonga, candombe, bossa nova, choro, samba, waltz, marinera, salsa, bomba, and latin jazz. He performs solo guitar, with his Latin band and also with his tango trio. The American Guild of Music Artists considers him an important musician representing Argentinian musical culture in the US. He is based in Chicago.
